Campground Rules

THIS IS PRIVATE PROPERTY. We reserve the right to enforce all rules for the benefit and safety of all. Management is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft, or other conditions beyond our control, and reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service at any time for reasonable cause, without refund.

The following rules are for your safety and camping convenience.

NO soliciting, pan handling, or peddling on this property. ALL offenders will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Use of river is at your own risk. Children are not allowed on the river without adult supervision.

Tennessee Fishing License is Required.
Residents and nonresidents age 13 and older must have a valid license. Residents age 65 and older may obtain a special license from the state. 

Parents / guardians are responsible for their children at all times.

Speed limit is 5 miles per hour. Watch for children playing. All Motorized Vehicles (golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.) are limited to entering and leaving the campground only.

CHECK-IN: any time after 1:00 PM EST. Payment must be made at the time of check-in. 

CHECK-OUT: by 11:00 AM EST. Please clean up your site before leaving.

Cancellation Policy: Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore, we require a 1-night non-refundable deposit and cancellations to be done by 4:00 p.m. EST two days prior to your arrival. 

Parking: Each site will be allowed two vehicles passes, including the motor home (tow vehicle if a 5th-wheel). Any vehicle without a pass, will be subject to towing. Please park the second vehicle in the Tent/Extra parking area.

The Bathhouse is for your convenience. Please help us maintain its cleanliness. Report to the office if you observe anything out of order or not clean. Young children must be supervised by an adult.

Please be considerate of your neighbors. Keep noise at a minimum during quiet hours, 10:00 PM EST to 8:00 AM EST.

Alcoholic beverages on your own site ONLY.

Pets are welcome but must be on a short leash at all times. Do not leave pets unattended. Pets must NOT disturb your neighbor. Please clean up after your pets.

Please put all garbage, candy wrappers, cans, etc. in a garbage bag and put it in the dumpster. NO BURNING OR LEAVING TRASH IN CAMPFIRE RINGS. Do NOT move the fire rings.

Tents are to be used in designated areas only. Please do not use mats any larger than a doormat on the grass areas.
